About Rita
After obtaining an LLB Hons. degree at London University and attending the College of Law, Guildford, Rita qualified as a solicitor in 2004. Throughout her career in the law, she has specialised in all aspects of residential conveyancing including shared ownership, lease extensions, new builds and equity release. She also has experience in commercial conveyancing .
Rita initially joined the firm as a Partner in 2018, dealing with a wide range of residential and commercial matters as well as collective enfranchisement.
She now works in a Consultancy role behind the scenes dealing with more complex legal issues.
